Bookings and Prices

In the summer rentals have a minimum stay of one week.

Rentals are normally from Saturday to Saturday but we may consider ‘any day to any day’ to fill in gaps or for rentals of two weeks or over.

Rates

Rates vary depending on the time of year.

Included in the weekly rental price is all your electricity, gas, towels, bed linen and access to the swimming pool.

In addition, we offer the following discount for whole week bookings;

• Reduction of 10% off second week and 15% off third week.

Conditions

All bookings are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

As so, before booking, please read in full the terms and conditions .

With this in mind, some of the key points are:

• To reserve your preferred dates, by the time of the booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of rental is due.
• Then the outstanding balance is due five weeks prior to arrival.
• Additionally, a refundable security deposit of 20% of the total rental value is due at this point.
• In the event that a booking is made within four weeks of arrival the payment in full is due immediately.
• Rentals commence at 4.00pm on the first day of the rental. And, end at 11.00am on the day of departure.
•  Quiet hours (10PM-8AM)

Restrictions: We do not allow smoking or pets.

Longer Stays

Bookings for three weeks or more are offered at a discounted rate.
