Lounge/Living Room
The large lounge provides space for dining and gives access to a private patio with charcoal BBQ.
In addition, a breakfast bar for quick meals, or for setting your laptop, is at your disposal.
Adding to this, a ceiling fan is present to cool air and spread it throughout the room.
Furthermore, in this room there is a sofa and a daybed with trundle. The trundle lifts up to the same level as the main frame and it can be used as a double bed or two single beds.
For indoor entertainment, a flat screen TV with CD/DVD player is installed.
For the same purpose, books, board games/playing cards and children’s entertainment are available.
Wi-Fi is free.
Bedroom
The apartment’s bedroom has a UK super king-size bed giving you that little bit extra room when sleeping.
Also of interest, is the existence of a small balcony looking onto the grounds and swimming pool. Consequently, the view is a delight!
A built-in wardrobe, a storage bench and two bedside tables offer plenty of storage room.
Additionally, for guests with babies, a cot is available.

Recently refurbished, the apartment’s kitchenette has some new cabinets, electric oven, gas hob, expresso machine, washing machine and separate fridge and fridge-freezer.
Moreover, at your disposal, are cookware, kitchen utensils, kitchen accessories and tableware.

The apartment’s bathroom, with a small window, incorporates a walk-in shower, basin, toilet and bidet.
Patio
The patio increases the apartment’s usable living space and is a multitask area.

Swimming Pool and Grounds
Guests are free to walk through the communal gardens and enjoy its surroundings.
The clean and gated shared swimming pool (not heated) on its grounds invites for a swim.
Furthermore, the sun loungers available are the perfect place to relax and sunbathe.

The apartment is located in Alporchinhos, Porches, Lagoa, and offers free parking.
Alporchinhos is in the coastal area of Porches parish. That is to say, beaches are very close.
In fact, beaches are within a 15-minute walk (3 minutes by car).
In like manner, so is Chapel of Nossa Senhora da Rocha.
The simple chapel is one of the most romantic places in the world.
In addition, amenities like a big supermarket and a petrol station are within a 5 minute walk.
Not to mention, that several excellent restaurants are at the same distance.
